Extremely rude service, went to get my address changed and the guy who took care of me did not do it correctly in the system, and I never received a new license. Found out my address never got updated after I received a letter from Illinois state police saying my info was incorrect when i tried to update my FOID card to match my new address. CANNOT trust that they are doing there jobs correctly there. Will never go to this dmv again.
Interestingly, I have asked various people about the DMV here in Pontiac. One person I spoke with named Patty by name before I said her name. The resounding opinion is that EVERYONE at that facility is RUDE!
Made a special trip to town, was told they couldn't wait on my son till after they had lunch. After they told him that they did the exact opposite and waited on 3 more people. Total disregard for clients and EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! taking my business elsewhere. I'd rather drive an hour than deal with this facility!
They have a very piss poor attitude, went there 3times for state id,never did get one. They act like we owe them, they work for us. Cant stand the big guy in charge, hope i get to see him .
My husband and I had to go to this facility twice because we didn't have all the documents needed to get our driver's license changed to IL. Our first encounter was with a very warm and nice lady who was filling in in Pontiac; she was filling in from Bloomington. When we returned two days later to get our driver's licenses we encountered Patty. Unfortunately, Patty was the acting supervisor. Patty had little to NO leadership skills! Patty was completely rude to my husband and myself, she even shouted at me across the room. When I was called up to get my driver's license I was greeted by a very NICE man who, again, was filling in from Bloomington. He asked how my day was going. I told him it wasn't going well and that his co-worker was completely out of line and I would be filling out a survey regarding my horrible service.
Absolutely horrible! The lady with the short brown hair with glasses is absolutely rude!! I brought a statement with my address for nicor gas and she denied me. Stating that she could not use it. Before driving a half an hour, I looked online for the items to bring and it specifically stated I could use a utility bill. Do not go here!!
