I guess with the machines running they where unaware that I could hear them clear as day!

I have always used this place. Until now. Never returning!! Went to pick up my clothes not thinking to look at the ticket for time. Handed the attendant my ticket. She stated it was not 5pm. and not ready. So I ask for a price so that when I return I have the cash. The attendant went in the back where I hear " Really! Can't she read? It says 5 o'clock on the ticket." " Right!"
The People that work there are so loving and very nice.
