TERRIBLE!!! I will never use this florist again. I live out of state and was trying to order flowers for my mother in law online and the message I customized didn't go through so I called the store to fix the mistake. First I was yelled at for not calling the store to place my order. Then she told me she didn't have my order and couldn't do anything for me. I demanded she check again and she did have it (she didn't bother to ask if she was spelling my name right and she wasn't) and she said "Well what do you want me to do about it? You should've filled it out right the first time!" And they didn't have the bouquet I ordered so I told her what I wanted and got NOTHING like what I asked for. And they were out of balloons so she said she would fill in our bouquet with extra flowers, she definitely did not. It was the saddest looking bouquet I have ever seen and I spent good money on it. She was rude, unhelpful, and very unpleasant to work with. I will never revisit this establishment and encourage you not to either.
I have never interacted with another person as inconsiderate and lacking in manners as the manager of this shop (at least how she introduced herself), and I work in customer service! I requested a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a friend, and was chastised for not initially providing the name of the person that passed, funeral home, etc. I only wanted to send an arrangement to my friend at her home. I was promised delivery the same day or next. Not having heard anything from my friend, I checked in with the shop at the end of the delivery window. They stated my friend would not answer their phone, however my friend showed no missed calls. I simply asked the shop to call me if they have trouble reaching my friend the following day, and I was asked if I knew how big of an inconvenience that was - there is no way they can do that for me. Even my friend receiving the flowers was treated poorly. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but there is no excuse for this woman's condescending tone and crude words. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This manager obviously does not appreciate your patronage.
They went above and beyond for me! I called and they happened to answer the phone despite being closed for the day. They offered to go ahead and take my order and deliver a special arrangement for me late in the day. Awesome service and very much appreciated. I will be using them again. Thank you for helping my mom feel better with a flower delivery.
I have ordered on the phone and in person, and every time I have received excellent professional service. They answered all my questions. The flower arrangements were beautiful and lasted. . I will continue to do business with them
